We are a small team servicing all of the South Island, New Zealand. Each person has their own interesting background with skills in different areas and from this we’ve been able to manage our projects successfully. We’re an honest upfront team, working hard and always putting in that extra effort.
Jono Wilson
company Director - sales/technician
Jono is a renowned technician throughout Australasia and is often called on for his expertise helping Groeneveld-BEKA to design systems. Jono is the founder of Lubrication Solutions with a hefty 28 years of experience in the industry. He is incredibly talented in his work and loves travelling around the South Island catching up with customers and working on different projects.
When Jono’s not working you’ll see him cruising with the local car clubs in his classic Ford Galaxie. If he’s not there he’s gone bush with Annie.

Annette Eggers
company director - operations
Annette, also known as Annie is Jono’s partner. She comes from a varied background in exports and marketing for the NZ Hop industry and Nike. She also spent 15 years directing/producing for TV and Film. Annie is a company director implementing & maintaining new systems, operations and ensuring business runs smoothly. Sometimes you’ll see her out and about with Jono as he travels around the South Island but mostly she’ll be at the mother ship in Christchurch.
When Annie’s not working she’s outdoors harvesting Rongoā Maori plants for their side hustle business Ti Ani – Wild & Organic Tea
Sue Clarke
Sales - Lower South IS.
Sue joined our team in April 2022 and is based in Balcultha covering Otago, Central Otago and Southland. Sue has a strong background in the farming & trucking industry, dealing directly with farmers, agriculture contractors and transport operators. She is very focused with a strong business ethic and believes in building long-term relationships with her customers. Sue enjoys a challenge, finding the right solution for individual customers. She has sound knowledge in mechanical, having raced Formula Fords, owning classic and American cars and pickups. You will not be short of a conversation with Sue!
Outside of work, Sue has various car and house projects she likes to work on. She’s also an avid gardener and enjoys tramping.

Daniel May
Field technician
Daniel joined our team in April and is based in Christchurch – servicing all the South Island. Daniel has a background in automotive engineering with a keen interest in anything mechanical. He’s worked on mine sites in Australia and familiar with the industry.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time working on his low rider ute and being with his partner.
Rhiann Hikuroa
Operations assistant
Rhiann joined the team in February 2022 and is based in the Tasman region. She is also Annie’s daughter in law. Rhiann works part-time, assisting us in the day-to-day operations. She comes from a varied background working in civil engineering and nurseries after finishing studies at Otago University. Rhiann is incredibly focused with systems and meticulous in her work, her help with operations has been a great help for Jono and Annie.
Outside of work, Rhiann and her partner Tyler (Annie’s son) are new parents and love spending every moment they can with their son Thomas and long time companion Louie the dog.
